Anna will listen to what you would like to change, assess your teeth and bite, and explain what Invisalign can realistically achieve. Every plan balances your smile goals with long-term dental health.

What made you want to get Invisalign?
Friends out of the country have had this treatment with fantastic results. Being in my sixties I didn’t really want traditional braces being very visible and felt that I would cope better with Invisalign. I have always hated my ‘smile’ and would avoid photos. Any smiling was always done with mouth shut and I also hated talking to new people as felt they might judge me.

Why I chose The Treatment Centre?
I researched where Invisalign was available in Cornwall and found The Treatment Centre. I know Anna through my daughter and already knew how professional and passionate she is with regards to dental care. My initial appointment only confirmed I had made the right choice as she was and continues to be so professional. Clinical assessment

Anna checks your teeth and bite, confirms suitability and creates your individual ClinCheck plan. A deposit is required to begin full planning.

Start your aligners

We check the fit and show you how to wear and care for your aligners, usually for 20–22 hours each day.

Progress reviews

Face-to-face reviews allow Anna to monitor tooth movement and provide your next sets of aligners.

Finish and retain

We review your result and provide retainers. We can also discuss included whitening or separately planned composite finishing.

Invisalign FAQs

How much does Invisalign cost?

Invisalign Lite is £3,800, Moderate is £4,800 and Comprehensive is £5,200. Your recommended option and exact cost will be confirmed before you proceed.

Is the Invisalign consultation free?

Yes. Your first consultation with our Treatment Co-ordinator is complimentary and includes time to discuss your goals and a digital smile preview. There is no obligation. A deposit is required only if you continue to full clinical planning.

How long does treatment take?

It varies with the complexity of your case and how your teeth respond. Anna will give you an individual estimate after assessment and digital planning.

Does Invisalign hurt?

New aligners can cause temporary pressure or tenderness for a few days. Tell us about significant pain, a damaged aligner or anything that concerns you.

Can I eat normally?

Yes. Remove the aligners for food and for drinks other than water, then clean your teeth before replacing them.

How often will I need appointments?

Your review schedule is tailored to you. Face-to-face checks let Anna assess fit, monitor movement and make any needed adjustments.

Will I need retainers afterwards?

Yes. Vivera retainers are included. A fixed retainer may also be recommended where clinically appropriate.

Do my teeth and gums need to be healthy first?

Yes. We check your teeth, gums and bite before treatment. If you need hygiene care or restorative treatment first, we will explain and plan it with you.

Am I too old for Invisalign?

Not necessarily. Healthy teeth can often be moved in adulthood, including in your 40s, 50s and 60s. Anna will assess your teeth, gums and supporting bone first.
