Referral Process
- Submit a secure referral Complete our professional referral form and attach any relevant clinical notes, radiographs or scans, medical history and the reason for referral.
- Prompt acknowledgement and clinical triage We review the information provided, acknowledge the referral and contact you if any further details are required.
- Patient contact and coordinated care Our team contacts the patient directly to arrange the appropriate consultation, investigation or treatment and explain the next steps.
- Clear communication throughout We keep you informed, provide a clear clinical report and return patients to your care unless shared or continuing care has been agreed.
