National Smile Month

The ladies have been busy blowing up their balloons in order to celebrate and promote the very important National Smile Month which runs from 14th May- 14th June.


The campaign is to promote good oral health and highlights three key messages, all of which help us develop and maintain a healthy mouth. They are:


1) Brush your teeth last thing at night and on at least one other occasion with a fluoride toothpaste.

2) Cut down on how much sugary food and drink you have, and how often you have them.

3) Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.
