Emergency care
If you are experiencing acute dental pain or facial swelling, please contact our reception team on 01872 241955 for an urgent appointment. Our lines are open from 8:30am Monday to Friday and we have dedicated emergency appointments reserved each day for urgent care. Our receptionists are required to complete a telephone triage form to document your dental concern and it may be necessary to seek advice from a dental clinician prior to booking these appointments. We advise for you to contact us before 10.30am to be triaged.
If you have a dental concern that is not an emergency, we have dedicated slots Monday to Friday which can be secured for non-urgent care. Please also let our reception team know if you are available to take a cancellation and we will be in contact with you should a sooner appointment become available.
Costings
If you have had a dental examination in the last year with us, the cost for either an urgent and a non-urgent appointment is from £80.00, if you are on a membership plan your assessment will be included with your plan. The appointment will include an assessment of your dental concern and temporary treatment may be provided to manage dental pain. There may be additional cost’s depending on the treatment provided and further future treatment could be recommended. The details and costs of your treatment plan will be outlined by your dentist.
